Launching a content workflow

Published on June 24, 2026 - 6 min read

A useful content workflow starts with shared structure before it starts with data.

Start with reusable pieces

Keep global navigation and footer content in snippets. Use containers, grids and cards for page sections that editors can rearrange without code.

Define the first editorial loop

  • Create static pages first.
  • Review layout and copy in the editor.
  • Connect article data after the visual model is stable.
Static starter pages are useful because they expose layout needs before storage decisions lock in.
